Lost Weight, Strength

I've always been a size 12 to 14 and really wanted to be a size 10 for my prom. Bought the dress a little small so my weight loss was not an option. I went on my own diet-
Slim fast for breakfast, lunch and then a chicken breast for dinner every day for three weeks leading up to the prom.
Final results: lost the weight, had terrible diarrhea during the entire time I was dieting, and had a lousy time at the prom between running to the bathroom and falling asleep at my table.
I fit into the size 10.with a little room to spare. And like they said, {"It's better to look good than to feel good." But I wouldn't suggest that strategy to anyone.
